By sundown of the next day, the remains of four more victims were found. Four days later the body count grew to seven. Each victim was stabbed many times with obvious signs of torture and mutilation. June 15, 1989 - Port Saint Joe Florida... A woman driving on highway 98 pulls off of the road and into the parking lot of a covenience store and parks her car. She notices that she had parked next to a white Toyota cargo van and she could see a man with a mustache sitting in the driver's seat. She goes into the store and when she comes out she can see that the Toyota has left but before she gets in her car she spots something lying on the asphalt in the empty space next to hers.
